    Item ordered on 29th April. Listed as 3-4 day delivery. Card from Royal Mail through the door on 13th May stating that I need to pay postage for the item as seller did not. Listed as free postage so asked seller for item to be resent or refunded. Was refunded straight away. No actual communication from seller though.

    This was an issue with the Royal Mail not reading the stamps properly. I put the same postage on it as I have with all my other similar items that have arrived on time. I dealt with the purchaser's problem immediately and attached a long explanation and apology note to the refund which the purchaser obviously did not read. I have noticed that this purchaser often gives neutral feedback for postage issues beyond the seller's control and doesn't allow for the seller to correct the isssue.
