      The software didn't work/couldn't be installed even after contacting Miscrosoft. Expired code and the seller wouldn't send a new one

      Buyer tells non-stop lies. First they claim they contacted me about the issue. They didn't. They contacted another seller & accused me of changing my Seller ID. I located the other seller from a screenshot they sent & provided the proof. Then they say the other account is me too which makes no sense. I then contact Microsoft & verified the product key is valid & hasn't been registered. I provide screenshot of the Microsoft chat, and directions on how to verify it themselves. Issue is user error.

      Unusable Office 365 Software

      Couldn't tell if this was good software. It would not allow me to activate it. I was under the impression that I would be able to activate it with my sons High School Student number. It didn't work. So the purchase was a waste of money. I can't use this software. It was downloaded software. Very dissatisfied.
