It took a while to get here (4 days to be exact, lol) but this laptop functions normally, does everything it is supposed to the appearance is slim, fit and pristine. Since I invested, I can finally start running my small scale online business again. I am happy I invested into this!

Apps keep seizing (1) I go to exit a page and it pops back up by itself(2) and keeps having to buffer even with a clear strong signal. I should have gone with the other guy, his was a little more expensive but now I know why. And why this seller doesn't take returns. Lesson learned

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!!
