The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. At the end of the day, I've had much worse experiences on ebay and this seller is above and beyond most others.
