I also found an Amazon return receipt inside listing the reason as "DAMAGE". However, it was clear to me the scooter had never been assembled, let alone ridden. I found no "DAMAGE" beyond the box, which is normal for a box this big. Scooter rides well and I am happy with the price I paid (assuming it continues to work as well as my old one).
