Nevertheless, the Vendor immediatel accepted my claim and photos showing its destruction and issued me a full refund. This was a tragic loss, but Katja did her best to make it right. I especially love her pearlware Staffordshire figures. So many of her offerings I have owned for years, eg. Derby and Worcester sauceboats, chamber candlesticks. There is nothing in her shop that I wouldn't be proud to own! Her communication is prompt and efficient. Her packaging is unbelievable! And her prices are very reasonable. I can't give higher praise!
