The boots were filled so they didn't get mushed in transit. They were packaged individually so they didn't scratch each other. There was plenty of stuffing . To top that , they wrapped it so carefully and put handle with care fragile stickers all over it. The boots are simply gorgeous and I'm so very happy with this purchase. I very much recommend this seller.
