        Hi Disney...I picked up the Chico's jacket today and was disappointed to find that it's missing the "hook" that's supposed to be attached to the front edge opposite the "eye." This was unexpected because your posted description said "practically new" and “Absolutely beautiful! Great condition - No snags or rips.” I will need to take it to the tailor to have them replace the "hook." Not what I have the time and money to do, but lesson learned. Maybe post more accurate photos and descriptions.

        I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with the Cardigan. I didn't even know that it had a way to "hook" It was my mother's, and the couple of times she wore it, I never saw it "hooked." I will review things more carefully in the future. Blessings.
