    A great tool for bodyfat guesstimates

    No electronic monitor is going to be spot-on, but this one gives me consistent readings week to week. I'm very satisfied with its performance and reliability. It's easy to set up and even easier to use. I recommend it as a guesstimate tool, but don't look for it to be the bottom-line in your body fat. If you like to just have a "number" to go on and track your progress, this one will work great. I recommend using the "normal" setting, not the athlete setting as it will give more reliable results.

    Omron Fat Loss Monitor

    It is easy to use but not sure about the accuracy. Used another monitor at a medical office and it was way off from the Omron monitor. I could see if it was a few percentages off but this was 10 pts difference during the same day. It was delivered promptly.

    Great but only in imperial units

    The item is good and can record settings for different user so it is easier to monitor progress by selecting the user number and proceed. One think I find it odd, is the units are in imperial only, there is no way that can change to metric units. Entering height and weight in equivalent units (imperial) is hard and tiresome. Otherwise the item is great

    A little over price but very much needed

    The fat the monitor is a great tool for working with clients but It was overpriced. It used to cost 40 dollars max and I bought it for $75. It’s till good compared to other ridiculous prices there selling it.

    lightweight, seems accurate

    numbers varies within a reasonable range, but seem consistent. just need to make sure using it under the similar condition. I normally use it in the morning after I get up and weigh myself on the scale.
