      excellent mountain bike chain with a master link for simple easy installation

      excellent chain easy to use and install, long lasting durable, what i love most over the shimano is that it does have a master link for quick on and off, highly recommended due to ease of installation and durability. simply said sram has a great chain here that i use for mountain bikes generally due to there solid pin chain system that lasts much longer without errors. highly recommended.

      Not second thoughts on Sram components and quality.

      I honestly have not use it yet ( hence four stars)since I thought I would need it to replace the one in the bike I just bought. Both chains are exactly the same, so I guess it is a good chain. It is the first time I use Sram components. All my other bikes have Shimano components. In other notes, price and shipping were great!

      OEM Sram parts

      Based on my experience, I prefer to purchase OEM parts. The Sram chain is exactly the same part that my bike was equipped from the factory.

      Good for the money

      This is an inexpensive chain, but a good value. I usually have bought higher end chains, but prices have skyrocketed. It is a bit heavier and will likely not last quite as long as a higher end SRAM or Shimano, but it is better to change a chain more often than to try to squeeze extra miles on a worn out higher end chain.
