    Works okay, but seems to use up battery quickly.

    It works fine and recording was clear, but had to replace the batteries within a few days. It is plastic and just feels kind of flimsy and buttons don't move smoothy. It is not poor value, really. It is just average.

    no better then what I just got rid of...it is not working

    So far I haven't even gotten it to work even though I have changed the batteries that it came in it....and on top of that there are issues with the door to put the cassette in.
