My purchase from seller was missing a stone and they sent a replacement without me returning first order. Then the replacement had also a missing stone. At first I wanted a refund and then decided not to refund and to deal with what I had. Time and shipping was too much of cost in my mind. After sending last message to seller that I will just keep then they never responded and cut me off. I am sorry to say will not buy from them. Thank you

We tried to resolve the issue with this buyer to no avail. She agreed to the replacement we sent to her immediately at no charge and it was thoroughly checked through a magnifying glass and had no missing stones. We also asked her to Please work through the E-bay return system and return both items back to us for our review. She refused to work through E-bay and return the items through the E-bay Return System for our review. We felt it was best to not continue to engage other than through E-bay
