Item was just as described, but the delivery took far too long. I ordered the mouse on April 28 and I received it on May 20, almost a month later. Item was shipped the day after I ordered it, so it was shipped promptly. It was shipped USPS Ground Advantage, so that must mean the slowest method possible. This is the best silent mouse I have owned that is **actually** silent for all the available buttons!! Not a click, clack or clonk to be heard! The mouse shape is also comfortable and easy to use without cramping. Shipped and arrived on time as estimated. The refurbished mouse is in excellent condition with only minimal scratching/scuffs as described by seller. Mouse, bluetooth USB, and battery came individually bagged in a box inside a bubble mailer.
