The fan was delivered as advertised. After installing the fan on my cabinet, I was disappointed, however, since it was noisier than what I wanted. I didn't use a decibel meter to compare it to their specifications so it may be within spec. But, the air direction arrow inscribed on the fan case was opposite to actual air flow. I would return it, but I changed the fan grill and already mounted it.
