told could not be programmed
i have never had an issue with getting remotes programmed, bought these for my customer and he was told by the locksmith that they could not be programmed to the truck, that they were incorrect. The truck is a 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew cab limited. Not sure why but now I have 2 keys and 2 remotes that I cannot use. Guess I will try and get my money refunded unless someone can help . I'm not upset, just confused. I bought two fobs... had Toyota program them only one fob was programmable the other was junk...one month later the programmable one stopped working took it back to Toyota and they couldn’t do anything for me... horrible product.. why does eBay allow these things to be sold on their site I don’t know!!!.... maybe I bought a bad batch very disappointed

The key units were made very cheaply I would’ve much rather spent 10 more dollars and got a better quality similar to the factory key. They were very hard to cut and download to the pick up computer. We finally got it done after we miss cut one of the keys. So we bought two keys and one was successfully cut and sync to the pick up truck
