The Rack and Pinion was sent without a single bit of foam or bubble wrap, in what looked like an "Open Box" return with some clear tape to close up the box it was in. The piece was loose and moving around in while being thrown by workers into bins trucks and machines. Which when that happened bent the " Metal Tubings" attached to it. I now have to wait to see what can be done with it according to my mechanic.
