The item came and appeared to be partially installed on another vehicle. There was scratches where nuts and bolts were previously installed. It looked nothing like the picture ( it had been painted blue and a grey on the heat shield) I installed due to removing everything on my truck before opening the box. Its on my truck and functions well and the paint isnt to bad. We'll see how it holds up.
