I contacted seller and he messaged me back quickly that due to new regulations all batteries had to be in child proof packaging. I returned the item, and seller promptly issued a return of funds. I only blame seller for not mentioning this issue. Nor did any other seller. Basically, a good seller that missed the mark one time for me.

However, these hearing aid batteries are packaged in new "child resistant packaging" which will take awhile to get used to. They are a bit less convenient than the previous dispensers.
