Whether Plecebo Effect, or it actually works, Ive Never Been Sick and in Perfect Health.
Ive followed Bob Barefoot for 20 years now, since the Windows 95 days. . . . . .Whether his products are just marketing Hype, or a genuine solid product that he personally cares about im honestly not sure. I was a disciple of his early year anti Big Pharm rants. When his Book "Death By Diet" came out, lets just say his book confirmed what i was already suspecting about the Healthcare/Drug/Insurance Industry. I know there are Much Cheaper "Coral Calcium" Supplements out there, but ive stuck tried and true with Barefoot Products and its change in Formulation over the Years. Majority of people my age, are Old! Hospital Trips Galore, essentially ready to Nursing home. . . . . .I on the other hand have essentially never been sick, Never been to a Hospital, other than to see others. Call me ... Some Added ingredients R Not Good
Ascorbic acid is not real vitamin c, although the FDA approves it ro be called vitamin c. Cyanocibalamin is not the highest quality b12, but adenosycobalamin and methocobalamin are. THESE LOWER QUALITIES DETRACT FROM THE PRODUCT.

Best Calcium in the World
When I was a child I had problems with calcium, since my mom did not like milk or take any vitamins during pregnancy (twins). I also have arthritis in my neck, since age 60 (now much older). This product has stopped calcium deterioration, and my bone health is excellent. I believe this product keeps me healthier.

High quality supplement
I like the fact that it has 74 minerals & all the vitamins that we need . Plus the fact that it benefits the veterans . I have seen the informercials before & wondered how beneficial it was for a person's health . Two things I have experienced , 1) Six minutes after taking the first pill I had to defecate . 2) The second day of taking the pills my urine is now a brighter shade of yellow . i now defecate twice a day . My normal need was only once a day . It also feels like it is a more through evacuation . I have a feeling of completely being empty after evacuation . It is a good feeling . I like the fact that it has 74 minerals & all the vitamins that we need . Plus the fact that it benefits the veterans . Balanced Minerals
It's really hard to find an all-natural and balanced mineral supplement that's easy to swallow and is assimilated properly. I was using a Source Naturals product, but have been unable to find it & get it for a decent price, lately. Decided to try this as a replacement, and am glad I did. It makes a big difference in how my body feels, especially my arm after I fractured my wrist this winter. When I take it, and my other vitamins & herbs there's very little pain, but when I don't, it feels stiff,sore, and very unhappy. The Source Naturals Coral Calcium multi-minerals worked well, too, but I used those up trying to heal the fracture faster (which they did, without surgery).
