I bought the book in “Very good” condition, but it arrived in less than acceptable condition during transit, including nasty deep keying/knifing marks across the book. I sent pictures to the seller and asked to set up a return, but they just went ahead and issued the FULL refund (postage & shipping too!!!) and said I could keep it anyway.
