I would have accepted a refund if it would not have cost me s&h to send back factory defect. You could have just asked for a picture by e-mail. I am afraid the whole run of pins will have the same support issue with the nail. I have bought several over time and the metal quality was certainly different. So I attempted to reattached on my own. My repair job did not last a day. So I officially give up on the added stress securing a PTSD pin.
