    Older Kindles are now worthless

    This Kindle cannot be used to download any e-books from the amazon Kindle store - Amazon let the software expire on generation one & two. Therefore you can not register it to use on Amazon. You can still "manually" load books that you have on a computer and read them,

    Registered to someone else

    Reader looked to be in very good condition however I could not register it because Amazon told me it was still registered to someone else. I didn’t want to go through the process of trying to straiten that out so I returned it.
