the cap fit perfectly, way better then I expected. The cap is big enough to accommodate some of the larger LEDs with fans on the market while still being just small enough to not inhibit the steering of the bike. I thought it would come in contact the forks and not allow complete full movement of the steering but it actually has about 1/4-1/8 inch clearance from the fork. its the perfect solution if you want to install LED lights. very very happy with the product. (installed on a 2005 YZF R1)
