    Good fan

    This is not the highest performing fan for an 80mm, but it is well balanced in its abilities. The airflow is adequate for cooling moderate loads (my fan is cooling 600mm x 25mm of aluminum heatsink with about 175 5050 LEDs on it). The fan is nearly silent except when controlled by pwm. Once it gets down to 1900rpm from 2250rpm, the fan noticeably hums. The reasons I have it 4 and not 5 is this. The build quality is with FRP and very tough, plus it's quiet. The loss of a star is because the airflow. Asaka, noctua, and a few others are about the same dB, but offer more airflow. They aren't built as heavy though. So, it's a trade off there. I like the fan and will use them for my light to medium duty cooling requirements.
