Had to ask a dozen times when TV would ship. Even though the carrier on the listing was UPS, the seller claimed that shipment was delayed due to the postal strike. Two weeks later asked to cancel due to the delay. Seller said okay, but it delayed cancelling and refunding the order. Had to ask eBay to step in to refund.
