    Great workout for the entire body.

    This is my third Janet Jones Classical Original Firm workout. which has been my go to to for many years. It is a great routine and allows the user to work the entire body at his/her own pace with the use of progressively heavier weights. I wouldn't call it entertaining ... just effective.

    Classic workout from a pioneering gym

    These are classic cross-training videos from The FIRM, a pioneer in women's weight workouts. I devoured the series back when they were on VHS and return to them to this day periodically as a litmus test for overall fitness. A great combination of aerobic weight training & stretching.

    Great full body workout. Very intense. You have to work your way up to doing the full workout. Give your body time to build up strength if you haven't worked out in a while. It's easy to follow the instructor.
