Received item/bike rim strip tape pvc inner tube protector liner w/no damaged. Though, it wasn t what I expected the width isn t a 4 but rather half the size and the length isn t even 26 ...more like the 20 inch. Due to the fact that my tire size on my bike is 24 ...so my inner tube is 24 x 4 size also. Had to cut both liner to make it to the length and both length cover my inner tube and more. I was more concern that it is enough to cover the width in case I end up w/ a flat tire accident.
