A fun DVD!
I really like doing this DVD! The 30-minute is my favorite. I feel you do get a pretty good workout for the whole body with this DVD and very easy to follow Gilad's instructions and watching the others too.

Great product and at a great price.
I worked out with Gilad for years when his show was on ESPN and was never in better shape. I was so happy to find the old shows on DVD and have been using them regularly. Gilad is a great motivator and knows his stuff. It just takes me 30 or 60 minutes to get into better shape than I have seen in years.

Two ( bigger) Biceps Up for Gilad
The workout is great for all fitness levels, especially beginners, easy to follow and fun to do. Gilad is funny, nice to look at and listen to and his exercise principles are sound. Combine this workout with smart changes in diet and you will get results.
