Item showed up with only half of the led lighting up and the seller giving a very hard time for a return / replacement . Poor service and product

Buyer said that half the lights don't work, we agree to issue a new led light strip, but he refused. Because the buyer damaged the bracket after using the item, he still have to return it. It's not the first time he's done this, all sellers beware
