order canceled by seller after they contacted me via email with special offer price on multiple purchases, all were canceled immediately after i purchased due to “damaged product” message ... how does that happen?! Seller reaches out to a regular customer w/multiple product deals and then cancels all my purchases because of damaged goods??? very odd in my opinion and never in all my yrs on ebay had this happen

I couldn't be happier with Leofoto and its customer service. I ordered an Open Box "LS-284C + LH-30 + DC-282C Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit with Bag" but it came with one leg cracked. I messaged Leofoto and they went above and beyond to make it right. Not only they replaced the whole tripod for a brand new one, but they sent me the new LS-284C-US with the updated leg release. To my surprise, they also added a multi tool LMT-10 valued in $40.
Way to go Leofoto. Best Customer Experience.
