My experience has been a pain in the ass to say the least this wasn't open box installation for a YouTube video 2 hours later and no fingertips left I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't fit a Canon 500 mm F4 like advertised. So you've wasted my time and my money in my patience. Will not ever recommend this company to anybody I should have went with the company that I've known and trusted for years. Ishoot is the BEST

I couldn't be happier with Leofoto and its customer service. I ordered an Open Box "LS-284C + LH-30 + DC-282C Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit with Bag" but it came with one leg cracked. I messaged Leofoto and they went above and beyond to make it right. Not only they replaced the whole tripod for a brand new one, but they sent me the new LS-284C-US with the updated leg release. To my surprise, they also added a multi tool LMT-10 valued in $40.
