Keeps the bees away
When bees decided my hummingbird feeders were just for them, Google informed me that there existed bee-proof feeders. These are pricey, but I purchased several. Took a while for the Hummers to get the idea, but they eventually did. I think they still prefer other types. Sadly, these aren't foolproof and do NOT keep wasps away. A friend told me to smear some Vasaline where wasps and bees would walk--- around the cup part. They don't like to get it on their feet, and hummers hover or use the little perches. If I'd have known about the Vasaline trick, I might not have needed to buy this type of feeder. IT LEAKS BUT JUST A BIT
It is very hard to find an inexpensive hummingbird feeder that doesn't leak. I have tightened and tighten as much as I can and I can still see it dripping. But, just occasionally. So, I kinda like it.

Love the improvements (mostly)
Nothing gets a perfect score from me. But this product is close. The birds love it, it was easy to set up, and the plastic wide mouth reservoir (in red) is really easy to fill. I used the old model, with a narrow fill opening, and it was fine. But this new one is a lot better!! The only think I would like to see improved are the perch rests. The old style, straight bar, was better. The birds often parked themselves on that. They seem to do it less on the new curved style.Nothing gets a perfect score from me. But this product is close. Easy cleanup and great features
I've had many hummer feeders over the years but this is my favorite (pinch-waste, plastic). It is easy to clean with the wide opening and the hummers love using it either for a fly-by drink or perched for a drink from the large florets. It is red from top to bottom so that is also a bonus. I prefer the plastic due to nocturnal visitors which can knock down and break a glass feeder.

Great for a garden that children run around in.
This is a great hummingbird feeder. It has everything a hummingbird feeder needs. When I bought a hummingbird feeder for the first time no one told me that I should get one that has an ant moat, or one that has wasp guards, or that the feeder should also have perches for the hummingbirds to sit. The original hummingbird feeder that I bought had non of the things this one is offering, and the hummingbirds didn’t like it, but this one has it all! The hummingbirds prefer this one. Because it's plastic I don't have to worry about my nephews (2years throw 7) breaking it when they run around in my backyard.This is a great hummingbird feeder.
