The songs of this album were composed and arranged by Andrés Canepa & Mundo with the exception of a version from A. Canepa of a Jagger-Richards song with licence from Abcko Music N.Y. The originality of their compositions, the use of mostly acoustic instruments, the flutes replacing the trumpets, the electric guitar replacing the piano and the vast presence of vocals and percussion is what makes their unique sound. The group launched their début album SALUD! In 2010. Their music, their lyrics, their approach with their very much diversified public who follows them a bit everywhere are a clear and shiny example of the melting pot Montréal is, and they play that role to the perfection. The musicians that participated in the second album are (they all live in Montreal): Mundo (flutes, ukulele, armonica, vocals, guiro, clave) originally from Mexico Andrés Canepa (vocals, guitars, bass) originally from Uruguay Kiko Osorio (congas, drums, accessories) originally from Cuba Lazaro Leiva (bass, tres cubano )originally from Cuba André Martin (tambourine, pandeiro) from Quebéc Alexis Olivo (bass )originally from El Salvador A la vino tinto ne veut pas faire de la salsa, du merengue, du reggae, de la bossa ou du son cubain tout court. On s'aventure jusqu'au country, on électrifie la guitare ou on la fait tournoyer afro.
