    It's For Me...

    I like the idea that I'm getting extra protection in each dose...and, that the softgels are small and easy to swallow along with other vitamins, and I was long ago told that the body only requires at least 200 IU of E,.therefore, being light-weight, it's for me. Thans for a fine product, Swanson Vit. E, Mixed Tocopherols.

    Can't find in stores locally.

    The price is good, the quality is good, and the shipment is always quick, but the most important aspect is that it is only 200 IU in a single pill. The lowest that can be found in stores locally is 400IU. The 200 IU is still 667% of the RDA and the 400IU dose has been linked to increased cancer risk.
