Emailed seller. They stated it would be 9-15 more days before delivery. After two weeks from the purchase, the package arrived from Amazon. Not shipped from the seller and the delivery time was more than twice the stated time. For such an inexpensive item we would have paid more to receive on time.

      Worthwhile produce

      This is a great product. I read about it online and watched a video which showed how easy it is to use. The product was re-designed at some point for an improvement. With the earlier design, you had to remove two screws and loosen the remaining two screws enough to slide the shim in place .This was what I expected to do, However, the new product I received has slots that allow you to slide the shim in past all four loosened screws. You no longer have to remove 2 screws to install it. Just loosen all the screws, slide it in and re-tighten the screws. This made it even easier to use. The packaging still shows pictures of the older styled shim, so it was a bit confusing when I opened the package and it didn't look like the illustrations on the packaging.       Easy to Use

      Fixed my front door that had a sag at the bottom and was hitting the threshold. Very easy to use just unscrew the hinge and slide this right in and tighten. Works great so far.

      EZ Shim is a perfect name!

      The EZ Shim is very easy to use and much more durable than cardboard shims. The design allows installation of the shims without removing the hinge screws. I am very pleased with this product and will purchase it again.
