this is the second time this has happened to me. they claim its 200 Watts, you get it, you test it, it's only like 35 to 40 watts. they keep popping up under different business names until they get really bad feedback then they start up a new business and keep scamming people. from what I can tell they do not make a flexible panel over 100 Watts these guys are scammers.
