Chinese product with the "china" word written on the most visible place. Quality is... very Chinese. Really bad, on all fronts. For $30 though, I still can rate it as OK to buy. The axe is not functional, made from the metal that cannot be sharp ever, The pipe is... well, it can function for a few times. There is no tube inside, just the drilled shaft. The whole construction is wobbly, made from cheap wood and and looks very cheap. Could be just fine for a show or smth like that.
