The sales person that I dealt with is RUDE. First the item went to the wrong location...my fault. I was told that I would need to pay shipping ad when I did he advised me later (a long time later) that I did not pay enough. He accused me of "shorting him". All he had to do was to tell me in a timely fashion buy he waited until I discovered that there was something wrong with the unit. The unit did not come with a certain part and he assured me that he packed it. Well then, Liar???

We was saying that we worked with you from the start, too resending the item, adding the rest of the second shipping payment, after sending receipts and informing you of the cost. Now you sent us a message saying the attachment didn’t work, then 30 minutes later saying you never received the attachment. We just Brought this too your attention and you went off saying we calling you a liar and we are rude. When in fact we been working with you from the beginning. We try to be fair with customers.
