Ordered Feb.10 w/ delivery date Feb.20-march.4. Contacted seller Feb 18th after the item was not shipped yet. Was told it would be shipped that day. The label was made on the18th but the item was not received by the shipping company for another 2 days. The 21st was the date it physically started transit. Now I'm being told my item will not arrive until March 7th well after the latest estimated delivery date. Your top priority after someone pays you should be to fulfill your agreement as stated.
