The seller shipped this nice vase very promptly and carefully. But, USPS lost the package. No one could have tried harder to get the Post Office to find it than Lisa did, and her communication with me was really excellent. When we both decided to give up, she immediately gave me a full refund. Although I never got to see the vase, I want to leave feedback anyway for an A+ seller!
