This is one of the best autobiographies I have ever read. I love Shirley Temple and the book is very well written. It is very detailed and has great pictures of her life. II would highly recommend this book for anyone who likes Shirley Temple. It is like being there as a part of her life.

excellent book
This Autobiography of Shirley clears up a lot of internet confusion and misinformation. Shirley stated on one interview that there were over 400 errors on her life in biographies that were written about her. I've read this book through twice and am on my third time through it. I'm glad I bought it and would buy it again.

So well written!! Shirley wrote this autobiography herself in longhand. In an interview with arry King, she said that so much had been written about her that was in error, that she decided to set the record straight. She is gone to Heaven now, but she was an absolutely amazing child and woman. An excellent read with as many details as most anyone might desire.
