    The Best Cookbook for Indoor Grilling

    This cookbook is the best one I have seen for indoor grilling. It gives grilling times for just about everything and there are some really wonderful recipes. Recipes for things I hadn't thought of grilling such as Roast Beef Hash Patties. The book gives you directions for both the two sided grill and the grill pan. There are 100 recipes for both Electric and stove top grills. Also included are recipes for side dishes to go along with your grilled entree. I would recommend this book for anyone who does indoor grilling

    Handy little cookbook

    I've been wanting to buy a grilling cookbook designed solely for indoor grills, and this book is it. It has recipes for poultry, vegetables, and even a separate section for rubs/marinades to be used on meat. I like the simplicity of the ingredients. Nice to have if you have an indoor grill or grill pan.
