I only had two problems one was that of smell the item which I ask the seller about and got no reply, but I was able to handle it. And two was the second item which I haven't received yet.

I had ordered a dress from somewhere else, but it ended up being a scam, so I was very worried about getting something else in time for my wedding. I messaged this seller to see if they could make my dress fast enough and get it to me in time, and they pulled in extra workers to get it done for me!! Very responsive and kept me calm when I was so worried. Wonderful!!

In July I placed my order for this wedding dress on EBay, not realizing that it would come out of China. I was told that my dress was delivered on August 4, 2025....which it was not! I tried to contact the seller on EBay to get a correct tracking number, since the one they gave was NOT correct per Fedex (the carrier). No reply. They then ship it shrink wrapped in a vacuumed seal fedex package 10" x 12" on Sept 2nd...a mth late & refuse to credit me my $
