Overall: Xbox 10/10 Controller 2/10 For the most part, the product is great! The Xbox itself works perfectly and was shipped quick, and safely packaged. The only down side is the controller. The controllers battery pack doesn't fit properly and if you move the controller to fast or press a button/trigger to fast it turns off.

I don’t even know where to begin about how awesome the seller is! They are absolutely wonderful! First of all, I had my reservations about buying a refurbished ps2, but they were extremely helpful.
