The estimated shipping date in the listing was a little optimistic, and the tracking showed "label created" for two weeks before it actually shipped, but for free shipping on a 70lb item that I paid just $180 for, I can't complain. When I messaged the seller to ask why shipping was taking a while they responded very quickly and then followed up again while the item was actually being shipped to me. The system arrived brand new in box. Everything looks good, not installing till the spring now. All parts are in box and at a much better price than anyone else.
If I need anything else in the future and they are the seller I won’t hesitate. Only thing I have of a recommendation is to figure out a better means in replying to customers. Came across as a multitude of different people replying every time depending on who got to it first. Lead to some confusion and a lot of repetition
