Had to argue to get item shipped because they refused to send to my confirmed address and then they turn around and try to tell me they need to refund me because item broke in transit. Sounds like a bunch of bs to me!!!

The system arrived brand new in box. Everything looks good, not installing till the spring now. All parts are in box and at a much better price than anyone else.
If I need anything else in the future and they are the seller I won’t hesitate. Only thing I have of a recommendation is to figure out a better means in replying to customers. Came across as a multitude of different people replying every time depending on who got to it first. Lead to some confusion and a lot of repetition
