Item is as described, unfortunately, this seller uses the “make offer” option on listings and doesn’t respond to offers, so they just expire. This seems to be the trend among most sellers now-a-days; that is the reason for the negative review. eBay needs to find a solution to sellers that abuse the “make offer” listings.

Fortunately I am not required to accept every offer that I get. You sent me an offer on an item that only had one other listing on ebay. There was no clear price margin, and I did my best to price it appropriately. You were clearly really interested in skillet, since you have bought it at full price after I did not accept your low ball offer.
