80's Cheese With a Lesson for All...
and that lesson is...hmm, don't make a beefcake calendar because it will jeopardize your buddy's chance to make the Olympic team? Whatever! Classic 80's comedy, college guy is short on tuition money so he gets his buddies to pose for a calendar - hey if girls can do it why not guys? This was before all the male calendars we see today. So of course the calendar is a hot on campus but it also causes problems. The money and popularity goes to his head, the said problem with his friend's eligibility since he got paid to pose etc. But all's well that ends well - as is the norm in 80's "dramedies". Not really worth to buy it, more like a rental. But, then again you may remember this from your past and have a soft spot for it. I know I love tons of "bad" movies!

Campus Man Is Worth Watching For Entertainment!
I watched this dvd movie and found it as refreshing and entertaining as when I first saw it back in 1987. Overall an original storyline which has good acting with a plot that was inspired by a true story. Not a bad film and a truly underappreciated 80's gem. By the way Steve Lyon who is on the dvd cover and plays the lead role is now a very successful professional photographer. He left acting many years ago to start his own business. I'm a fan of Morgan Fairchild so she is another reason to watch Campus Man.

Based on a true story." This classic 80's comedy film is filled with laughter and great music. I enjoyed it for the mere simplicity of the film. However, how often does this happen to us? Well, you will not be disappointed if you are a collector of 80's memorabilia. Enjoy!

It's a fun movie and always nice to take a trip down 80s memory lane.
It's an 80s classic that actually takes a similar premise to Michael J Fox's Secret of My Success to Tempe Arizona and Arizona State University.
