I contact the seller and it was very helpful to start the refound request. He explained probably was an issue with the management shipping and delivery. He was.nice and polite. Also I returned it and it was no charge fee to do it. That gives me the security that i will have my money back.

The machine was tested before shipping and there wasn't and error message. Something apparently happened during shipping. I immediately (4/29/24) authorized a return for a full refund. I am hopeful this will regaining the confidence of the buyer.

Very nice person to work with! Sent it right out! I gave a 4 star for the shipping because I think it is too expensive, but not sure if that is because shipping has went way up or what?
