Verified purchase

Two weeks after ordering the pacifier l contacted the seller to let them know I had not received it. They did not respond back. So I sent another message and they still did not respond back! I had to ask ebay for help? Than they responded saying “let me check on that for you.” And I minute later saying “You were issued a refund.” I will never buy from this seller again! Very bad business!
